*4th amateur exhibition – Lace for A Moment of Peace

… where the threads of lacemakers from Slovenia and abroad meet in a tenderly fashioned story. Every lace made following a pattern by Tina Koder Grajzar features a motif of bobbins and the inscription “Čipka” (lace) but also a personal touch of its creator, the rhythm of their work, patience, and the silence of the moment.

All the bobbin lace were combined into an installation that pays tribute to tradition and celebrates Idrija Lace School’s 150th anniversary.
