We invite you to the 3rd amateur exhibition of bobbin lace creations – bees, under the main theme MEDeni prepLET (HONEYcomb interLACE).

At the exhibition, you will be able to admire unique bobbin lace creations made by amateur lacemakers – bees that symbolize hard work, creativity, and the connection of both heritages. The exhibition also marks 100 years of the City Beekeeping House and 45 years of the Beekeeping Society of Idrija and is held under the honorary patronage of the Beekeeping Association of Slovenia.

After the festival, the bobbin lace bees will “fly” across Slovenia and be displayed at various locations. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to see the blend of tradition and art, created with exceptional skill and dedication by the makers.
